As promised, here's my latest attempt.

I started with some Trader Joe's pizza dough:


Stretched it out on a flour covered plastic cutting board:


Toppings including onions, green peppers, green olives, jalepenos, sausage and ignore the Foldgers:


Here was the setup:


Toppings on the pie:


Cheese added:


Succesfully transferred onto the stone!!!!


Chuggin' away on the Happy Cooker:


Keeping an eye on it from the warmth of inside:


As with all my cooks, my buddy was there for me the entire time:


Pulled off the grill:


Slice shot:


It was good, but I think I made it either too thick or didn't get the grill hot enough because it took about 45 minutes to cook.  It was a tiny bit doughy in the middle too, so I'm attributing that too the grill not being hot enough as well.  Overall, this was an improvement from previous attempts so I'll consider it a success.
