For what grill?  They're not that expensive.

From HomeDepot.com  Smokey Joe is 7 bucks,  18" is 9 bucks,  22.5" is 11 bucks
I've always had gas...  And now a bunch of kettles because of this place.  Thanks!

You can get them directly from Weber but you probably want to do that when they offer free shipping. Unless you need one which is no longer available, Weber or one of the other vendors listed above would be the easiest.

If you ever get over to the south Chicago 'burbs, there is a place in Bolingbrook (IIRC) that sells 9 Ga expanded metal for $35 for a 4x9' sheet. That's a lot heavier than the stuff you find at Home Depot. (Can't find a listing right now though.)
kettles, smokers...

Yet we get slugged $40 for the 22 here in Oz. :-\
If it breathes, we can cook it!

This probably isn't news to anyone, but if you have a weber parts pile from rescues and projects:

The 18" kettle's cook grate is almost the same size and works as a charcoal grate for the 22".

I wouldn't buy one for that purpose, but if you got extras lying around, she'll do just fine. I use one to criss cross the regular charcoal grate on the performer
