Lunchtime but I couldn't decide...
Pineapple sausage, Teri chicken, or filipino style adobo squid!!!

Might as well do all three!!!

Sorry. No plated pics. The kids were starving. I don't think the food even touched a plate. Straight from the grill to their bellies!!!
If it's a weber, I can't pass on it. That's my sickness! I hope I am never cured.

Nice cook. Surf and turf! Do you miss the lid bale?

The squid looks good. How did you prepare. Direct grill on those. I tried a crispy pata bought a 2.5lb. I was surprise the skin was crispy. Thanks to Aawa. It was a test. Left it too long while I was working on another kettle. Still not bad.

I love crispy pata. I've always wondered how it would turn out in a kettle.

Squid was marinated in 1 parts rice wine vinegar (roasted garlic flavor), 1 part  liquid aminos, a pressed garlic clove, 1 tablespoon honey, half a lime (juiced). Seared on both sides. You can boil down the marinade if you want and use it for sauce. We didn't.

Looks really good! When it comes to squid, I love it in "wedding ring" shaped calamari form though... I haven't eaten the tentacles yet. Maybe some day.. ;)  nice work!
