How to Reinforce 26 Legs?

Just was wondering what diameter wooden rods / metal rods you guys use to make the legs on the 26 a bit less wobbly. Would rather not drill into brand new leg sockets so I figured this was the next best thing.

3/4 inch steel conduit fits pretty snugly, but it also can make it pretty tough to re-install the legs.
Somewhere here there is a post about using copper pipe too. Might be better than coduit as it is softer.

I use 3/4" copper tubing with great success. It is a smaller diameter than the legs so I use about 8 wraps of masking tape in 3 to 5 spots on the copper tube, then insert it into the leg. Makes the grill very sturdy/solid.
