Hows this for dinner................... 8)

Let's start with some St' Louis cuts rubbed with some Simply Marvelous Cherry

They went on the WSM at 275 for about 6 hours.....Ooooh ready for a rest

Now let's make up some Corn Maque Choux. We start with 6 ears of sweet corn, onions, green and red bell peppers, tomatoes and some Cajun spices.

Put some Buttah in the pan and get those onions going, add the peppers, tomatoes and then all of that milked corn and spices. Add some heavy cream and cook it down.

And here is my Money Shot.............This was really good

2010 Brick Red Touch n' Go Performer
Snap-On Wrench Smokey Joe

HalfGrilled

Great pictures and unusual corn dish. Ribs look perfect. Nice work.

Hey, the wife found a great way to carve off a bunch of corn quick like, with little fussin'....if you go to do large batches....
Set the ear upright in a bundt pan & use an electric knife, if available.....
She makes big batches of corn relish doing this....

I just got done with a big ol' steak, but I'll take a plate of that for dessert!
I've always had gas...  And now a bunch of kettles because of this place.  Thanks!

Falls right in the bundt pan....I couldn't slow her down long enough to get a pic of that, but it's really neat & not messy like other ways I've tried......

Looks delicious!!  I'm going to have to try the corn dish, never saw that before.

Great job.  Also, thanks for the tip with cutting the corn off the cob.  Still not too late for some great Ohio corn!!
