Cool, Clean up is easy. Use some Dawn and some 0000 steel wool. Personally, I use SOS pads and a bit of Dawn.  You can buy a regular 18 charcaol grate at almost any store that sells Weber parts.
Ace, Home Depot, Lowes, etc.  Brian or AKA Zavod can definitely get you a nice handle for it.
Be advised, with no bottom vents, you may have issues with air flow. Personally, I have not.
I just let my coals get hot before I drop the lid on. You can always leave the top lid slightly askew.
Enjoy! AJ  8)

I have the 0000 steel wool and Dawn here at the house. Thanks for your help.  I have to get the cart to my house and get busy.

Could that cutout and the brackets be for some sort of a charcoal bin?   (I'm thinking pre-performer here....)

Neat grill!

Sweet grill! Does anyone know why this model had no bowl vents? Was it geared more towards use on a balcony?

Charcoal bin would also be a good candidate in the hole.
