+1 for leg of lamb.

A grocery store near me sometimes sells pork rib racks-- like 5 pork chops, still connected.  It's great on the roti.

Turkey breast, baked potatoes, beef chuck roast.  Or de-bone a chicken, season both sides, then roll it up and tie it back together and put it on the roti.  It's like 'chicken loin'.

I've done beef ribs several times. Pork ribs work too.

Do you have a roti basket or just the forks?

Load up the forks with moinks. Look at Argentian beef recipes they put everything on a spit. Or do the thin sliced pork loin, marinated, and stacked on the spit.

I've also seen some wild whole pineapples done on the roti.

Injected, rubbed, and basted. Looked incredible, but never done one myself.

Love it, sorry. I'm working myself up here. Gonna have to roti something.

A ham! Or chub of bologna. One thing I have done several times is top round to rare and sliced thin, I use my meat slicer and make sandwiches for the week.

Mmmmm. Rotating meat.

Go fishing. Great fishing up there in the foothills streams and lakes. Put them fish in a basket on the roti!

The Anaconda Bacon Burger. It's a little something I came up a while back. Read the thread all the way through for the tweaks I'd do a second time around.
