The duke mod is cool but I like the simple stability of using a charcoal ring.Quote from: pbe gummi bear on August 30, 2013, 10:04:31 PMBeing able to spin and rotate the wok and toss the food is the best part about not having the brackets welded to it. And woks are super cheap! OK.....you guys convinced me....I went out & threw my wok in the garbage.....unstable, can't flip stuff around...what good is it?.........................

Quote from: Craig on August 30, 2013, 05:27:05 PMI need to find one of these woks! I know, "get in line!" Ok, same question as blue smoke, what size ring? Also if the 26" ring fits perfectly on your 26", Brian, would a 22" wok sit in a 22 the same way?

Since I don't have a WSM, it looks like I need to buy a ring off one. This idea looks really cool, I've always wanted to get better at cooking with a Wok.
Cool! Forgive me if I missed it, but what size WSM charcoal ring? From an 18 or a 22?
