I ordered 4 and just picked them up at the local Ace. The are the same size as the ones I got from Weber a couple years ago and every bit as strong!

I cook on: Backwoods Gater, Lang 36, Hunsaker Smokers, Pellet Pro 22" WSM, BGE's, WSM's, Cajun Bandits, PK Grills, Drum Smokers, Genesis Silver C, Weber Q's, Cookshack 008, Little Chief, La Caja China #2, Lodge Sportsman...oh yeah! Weber Kettles! Kamado restoration and pit modification hack!

I ordered 3 26"ers and 3 18"ers. I'm picking up a 26er on Mon-Tues, and have a coworker with a vintage 26er who will appreciate a new grill.

The 18's were super cheap ($1.79 ea). Those 18" grates will work great for flipping upside down and perpendicular to the 22.5" grates to double your grilling space when cooking appetizers or smoking tiny things. I like to use them at the end of the growing season for smoking peppers on my WSM. I already have 2 18" grates for my jumbo joe that I use in my WSM. This should allow me to run another 3 racks of peppers at a time.....woohoo!

QuoteDo these fit current Weber 26.75" kettles?
There is a size difference between the two and this one is about an inch smaller.  May still work though.  Maybe someone with a 26OTG can chime in.

BUMP....

If you didn't take advantage of the previous discount.....you may want to look again.  The 26" Grill Mark Grate is now $3.79.  The 18" Grill Mark grate is $1.79.

G-
Thanks for 'bumping' this thread.   I ordered a couple of 26's and a few 18's just to have as "what ifs".   At that price it was easily a prudent decision.   Now I can return the ONE $13 18" cook-grate I paid $14 for...    ::)

Thanks G! Just ordered one for my old one. This will take some pressure off the original grate.

A new 26OTG cooking grate measures 25 3/8"
The specs of the Grillmark grate put it at 24 3/4"

I've always had gas...  And now a bunch of kettles because of this place.  Thanks!

Just picked up the 18" grate... this thing is solid! I'm going to have to order at least one more, at that price. Wish they had 22s available.  I'm guessing there's no way to make the $5.99 roti fit the weber kettle rotisserie...?  http://www.acehardware.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3931569

I had to order my stuff to a store about 40 minutes from home because that was the only one in our area they would ship to.  Now I get an email that says my 18's are cancelled because they don't have any stock.

Grr...

Without having one in hand to test fit it wold be hard to say. I think I recall someone saying it will sit lower in the bowl. However the grate for the 26 OTG is SS so there is no need to have a replacement due to rusting out. It still might be useful for projects or modifications.

I'll be able to find out this weekend.  My local Ace called me yesterday to let me know that my order has arrived.  I'll drop it on my new 26er and snap some pics comparing the factory grate.
