I Love Lucy.............Pork Tenderloins
« on: July 10, 2013, 04:27:44 PM »
So I let Lucy, my restored 95 Master Touch, perform for me tonight. This girl has still got it. What amazed me was the color change as she got .......HOT! So we start with some seasoned pork tenderloins.

And the star of the Show...............Lucy. Setup for a little indirect action.

She's coming up to Temp very nicely and holds great.

Ready to come off. The performance was spectacular.

And the money shot..............I Love Lucy

Looks great! Is that the first time you used those grates? They look pristine.

About 10 minutes a side. I pull them at 150* IT and then tent for 10 minutes
