Those look great, thanks for sharing the recipe, I’m going to have to give those a try.

Speaking of gassers, I put the NOS genesis 3 together yesterday. It was fun opening up a piece of history. As I put it together there were a few pieces slightly bent and some small dings on the underside of the front panel. It kind of made me feel better about opening it up and putting it together. It wasn’t perfect, and for whatever reason that took some of my anxiety away about it. Looking forward to cooking on it for my lifetime!
