Tacos

Not grilled but very good. I cooked a chuck roast in the instapot and made a dipping sauce using homemade salsa mixed with the beef juice.

Looks delicious! Tacos are a staple here with leftovers. Cast iron is very nice too!

Pretty much. I just throw in what I have handy. This one had an onion, 6 cloves of garlic, a couple jalapeņos, some beef stock, a little orange juice and various seasonings
