Cowboy Cut Pork Chops

Seasoned with just a little SPG got the Kettle fired up and threw em on!  Indirect till about 135 then seared them off over the vortex!  These were simple yet amazing!!  It was cold out but it was nice by the grill!

D@mn, I never thought of offsetting the Vortex to get more indirect real estate.  But I know that trick now.
