St. Patty's Day Irish Stew on the Caribbean and Summit

Happy St. Patrick's Day Everyone! Hope you all snuck in a green beer or two!

My heritage is Irish so I felt it was only fitting to do up some Irish Stew for tonight's dinner. Here's the guts of it...





I used the Caribbean with the GBS griddle to brown up the meat, then over to the Summit to finish things up in the Dutch Oven.



I will let the pictures tell the rest of the story - hope you enjoy!
