The more I stare at the damn stand alone unit on the showroom floor the more I sortof want one lol. Still not a fan of the side shelves at all, but otherwise its pretty good bang for the buck.

I think I want one of these.   I have a kettle griddle, but grease fires and totally trashing the inside of a kettle after frying bacon keeps me from using it as much as I like.

I cook bacon on a kettle indirect and in the oven precisely for that reason.

Matt, thanks for the quick review and write-up.
What will the price be in CAD ?

Hey Mark! $649 MSRP but actual selling price at retailers will be $589

Thanks, Matt! I was able see one in-person the other day at DicksonBBQ, and $589 was their price.
Looks impressive. I didn't spend too much time with it as your pics are actually better.
The visible welds on the surface seem a little off-putting, but I have no experience with griddles like this.
Q: How do you know something is bull$h!t?
A: When you are not allowed to question it.
