That looks and sounds really good - what sort of hot sauce do you use?
It depends on what I’m eating but some of my favorites are Texas Pete for a regular hot sauce, Tabasco on breakfast foods, sriracha on Asian foods, green Tabasco, cholula, Caribbean el yucateco, green el yucateko, franks for Buffalo wings.
Honorable mentions include secret aardvark, Tabasco brand sriracha, phsyco soy, Louisiana hot sauce and many others I can’t think of right now.
