Some Pizzas on the New (to me) 26”

Did a few pizzas on the 26" tonight.  Love the space on this grill.  Used the older heavy gauge wire versions of the charcoal baskets that came with the SSP I picked up this summer to create charcoal barrier.  Then filled the baskets with wood chunks.  Cracked the lid to get the flames licking over the pizzas.  Worked really well.
