Thanks!  It was really good.  I did a half recipe since it was just the two of us this time.  Next time I will do less cheddar and more velveeta.  It was gooey good, but I like it a little more creamy.

But - what, you don't have a green dutch oven to go with that performer? 
This is kind of disappointing. LOL

I literally just got an email from Lodge announcing the new Green and Light Blue (Glen Blue looks like) dutch ovens.  Lord help me.....

Great pictures.  That SSP looks brand new. What about your temp monitor?  Is that a Thermo Works brand?  I didn't realize they were water proof.

Thanks so much.  My thermometer setup is a ThermoWorks Signals.  I understood they were waterproof, but learned after this cook they are not.  Got a little water in port 4 which made it malfunction, but a couple days in a container of rice fixed it.  I’ve since recharged it, plugged in all 4 probes and let it run all day with no issues.
