Beer Brats on a roti!
I was aiming for that "7-11 sausage on the hot roller machine" & it worked beautifully.
Just spear your brats on the tines of the rotisserie & use a single coals basket off to the side & then slow cook them without the lid on, till they're one your way (I like well so I await for an overall dark brown skin coloration).
Simple small meal when you're in the mood.
