Brownie Photo Shoot
« on: July 23, 2022, 01:11:18 PM »
Got all my brownies together for some pics and thought I’d share.  Kellee had the idea to include the Lodge dutch oven.  Also found some accessories to dress them up.

Very sweet lineup.  I dig the matching Lodge dutch oven.  Wouldn’t it be awesome if Lodge and Weber collaborated on special colors and accessories?  I bet Lodge could sell a ton of cast iron grates.

Good idea, Kellee!  That's a fabulous shot!

I didn't know Lodge came in that color.
In this pic, it appears almost identical to the kettles.

Thanks all!  Collaboration between Weber and Lodge could be huge…. @OkieGirl I bought this Dutch oven at a 100 year old hardware store in our downtown square historic area about 16 years ago as a Christmas present for Kellee - back before you saw many of them around.  Who knew it would match a Weber grill?

Absolutely, I’ve used this one many times over direct heat.  I’ve made beer brats, hot dog chili, bacon, beans and I’m sure other things I can’t think of at the moment.

Not a lodge, but I used this one last night for pork chops.  This one is from Amazon, around $50.

Good to know. Have used regular cast iron on grill but never enamel.

I think lodge enamel is rated to 500 or 550 F.

I like the enamel for acidic foods.   Chili is tough seasoned iron.
