Dinner snacks

Wife is going a rack of ribs in the Instapot. I’m doing shotgun shells and a little fatty….just used hot sausage and cheddar to stuff wrapped in the bbq sauced bacon. Used leftover sausage/cheese to make the little fatty with.

I she said they didn’t turn out….I didn’t try them. And by the time I was going to they had been discarded…
Recap the shotgun shell got WAY overdone. So as they where somewhat edible right off the grill, once they cooled down they hardened up. So that was a fail also. The small sausage ball was really good though.
