Has anyone tried one of these? I've been looking at possibly getting a Blackstone or something similar. Are these any good?

I have a Hunsaker griddle for my camping 18.
I Iove it. Use it on 18",  22", 26er and Summit. Quality American made product.

I have the SNS plancha and really like it.  1/4 steel, weighs 23lbs and works great for smash burgers, breakfasts, and any flat top cooks.

Where do you put the charcoal? Right in the center or offset? What about temp, just wide open on the vents? Thanks

I put the lit coals in a crescent moon shape around the back side of the grill, leaving cool area toward the front.  You don’t want the entire griddle surface screaming.  I use about 3/4 full chimney.  I also use Weber baskets lined with foil under each opening to catch grease/oil and it’s a great place to deposit scrapings.  I also appreciate the flat side of the openings, it’s a great place to clean off your spatulas.
