Stuffed jalapeņos
« on: April 18, 2022, 08:31:05 AM »
Did some stuffed jalapeņos today. Cream cheese, Mexican blend shredded cheese, hot sausage, various seasonings to taste, all mixed and loaded into halved and seeded jalapeņos then onto the Weber. Relatively easy and always a favorite around here

That gives me a new idea on fixing these, as I always do similar, but wrap in bacon. I might try these without the bacon next time!
Thanks for posting.

Do you cook the sausage before you add it to the mix?

Thanks.
I've seen it done both ways.
Precooked is the way that seems best to me.
