What's It Worth? - 1984 Kettle Never Used

Hi all,

I've inherited a black 22" kettle that's been assembled, but never used and has never been left outside.  Date code says it's a 1984 model.  I have enough kettles and I am not a collector so I think it makes most sense to find an enthusiastic buyer for this one.  Does the age and the fact that it's essentially a time capsule have any value?  If so, what might that value be?  Where is the best place to find such a buyer?  I'm thinking that Craigslist is NOT the place.

Thanks in advance for any insight you can provide.

Take it to EBay if you really want to know its market value, perhaps 1984 is a birth year kettle for someone.  However, if you "inherited" it from a family member, consider holding onto it, if not for yourself, then another family member may appreciate the opportunity.

The condition of it will play a big factor as well. Share pics if you have any.

Lol...it's funny you mention Craigslist. That's where I got this unused '86 kettle from last summer for $85.
