Recommend a slow n sear on one side, gives you around 3/4 of the rest of the grill for indirect.[emoji106]

Thought you were poking for advice, my bad.  They do look really good!  I’d like to experiment with getting a little char on mine…

I’ve done it this way for years and the family loves it. But I’ve always wanted to try the Slow n Sear. Thanks for the tip. 🤙🏼

No problem, I always welcome advice. The char adds a little flavor crust that my boys love. They love to dip it in their favorite sauces. I definitely been wanting to get my hands on the Slow n Sear for a while now, maybe this was the nudge I needed to actually pull the trigger. Lol. Thanks man.

Always love a little char on my ribs as well. I’ve often put my ribs over the coals after cooking with the SnS. We call that “pulehu” here in Hawaii. A little fire to the food can sometimes make all the difference. I’d recommend checking to see if there’s any upcoming sales before pulling the trigger. Sale price is usually pretty good.

I like it, charred mine a couple times just to change it up
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Billy Bones always put his ribs on a grill after the smoker for a little char and he always did well in the big rib cook offs.

His son Bill "Bone Daddy" Wall still does.

Braddah Veekz, I’m from Hawaii as well. Born and Raised. We gotta wait for the sales here. Aloha.

Aloha braddah Glock! Good to see someone else here from Hawaii. What island you from? Did you get the SnS yet? I had my buddy ship it from Texas, which save me a few dollars but still probably better to wait for the sales.

A hui hou! [emoji16]🤙🏼
