Weber vintage wheels scored for my '58 Wood Dale

Scored a pair of Weber vintage wheels for my '58 Wood Dale.  Thanks to HalfGrilled for helping make this happen.  I do not think the current wheels on the '58 are vintage.  I know these are!

Those will look much better. I am still wondering if the ones on it could possibly be original though.

I wonder the same thing too.  I won't get rid of the wheels. :)

Brian makes white wall stickers for those, I used them for my 60's texan, much better than painting them.

Yeah Harris...Ive seen at least 3 wooddale photos showing white wheels on them including this one.  I'd like to see a closer up pic of the hubs on those white ones you have.  Hang onto those

Nice, Harris. Let us know how you clean them up or if you just decide to leave the patina. The white gives the black kettle a nice tuxedo look :)

I would use that rust remover that Brian found. After that, I bet you could installl them as is and they will still have that vintage look.  8)
