Bought 32 pounds of Royal Oak lump. First time for me.
The results are in…I like it! Lights super fast, burns real hot. Perfect for grilling steaks.
Wagyu Sirloin Strips were thrown on the kettle. The temp was 650, so it only took a few minutes to get a nice medium rare cook.
The steaks were awesome, tender, with great flavor. I give some credit to Royal Oak!
