Mine stays in Marilyn......take it out so far only for travel or a grill full of burgers...yes I bring my 26" Glen Blue to the beach with us...

What's that in the SJ?

The Jumbo Joe came along to the beach as a helper - place to sit things like grates or utensils and such. It has a charcoal basket system in it that uses a pizza stone as a deflector with a pan on top of that and finally the cooking grate. I thought I might use it for a small steak cook, but the 26 was already to go with leftover charcoal so I used it the whole week. I'll see if I can post a pic or two of the JJ system.
