Wings on the performer with roti riser

A texture and flavor only direct cooking achieves. I rotated the grate 90 degrees and flipped every ten minutes approximately. Tossed in sauce and put back in for a few minutes.

We are babysitting our dogs brother this weekend so that is fun.

Wings look freaking awesome! If I could only get my wife to eat chicken wings.
