Still looking at options. We have the Weber GBS with the cast iron skillet/griddle, and the enameled searing grate. The searing grate is nice, but only has room for two decent sized steaks. As I cook for just me and my wife 96% of the time, no big deal. But if grilling steaks for 4 or more people, this is not a good option.
The plated steel grates on the GBS are not bad at all, and I can get nice grill marks with them.
