Grilled Sea Scallops
« on: May 16, 2021, 05:53:41 PM »
Grilled these tonight on the Cooker. Best I have had! Put some of my Killer BBQ Rub on them...WOW!
About 6 minutes total time on the grill.
I'll let the pictures do the talking...

I’ll say those pictures aren’t just talking…I heard the hallelujah chorus! That looks stupendous. Well done.

Thanks! The BBQ Rub really made them "pop". Melt in your mouth tender. Normally my wife will pan sear these, in garlic butter. I wanted to try something new...glad I did! Maybe the best scallops I have had.
So easy and quick to make.

Thanks. Good taste, easy to make. What more could you ask for? These were frozen, not fresh. But very good! I am shocked at the flavor, and the simplicity of it. I threw a couple chunks of Hickory on the coals for some added flavor.

Nailed it, I love scallops like that
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

And the perfect compliment to the Scallops was the pan fried asparagus, in olive oil with fresh garlic! We actually grow this in our garden. Next time might try to grill that too.
