Thank you to JEBIV for making this possible. A couple of weeks ago I asked here if anyone had a Char-q that they would be willing to part with. I have been looking for quite sometime for this unique grill and had a lead that fizzled out locally. JEBIV shot me a message and we worked out a deal. The package arrived today. Thank you Joseph for this and the outstanding packing. I spent a couple of hours today cleaning the grates and oiling them. The first cook was stuffed burgers then some chicken for lunches during the week. Lastly, it came with a nice surprise.

Thank you! Because its new I have been using it alot lately. Did mostly chicken but of course did some cheeseburgers (cheese inside the burger) and steaks. Still getting the hang of it because of the closeness to the charcoal. Still a neat idea. Too bad it didnt take off.
