Because I'm too lazy to go to the hardware store I decided to order a pack of 25 .375 fasteners on line from the big store. They sent me a 10 pack of 5/8. Return them and they send the same thing. Ordered from a different big online store and they send the exact same thing!
The package has both labels on them.

I had a similar problem with Amazon sending 5/8" push nuts instead of 3/8". Label was correct and the contents of the bag were incorrect.
I'll find out tomorrow if I have 10 more 5/8" push nuts or 25 3/8"  nuts.

Amazon emailed me and said to keep the 5/8" push nuts.

Oh you will, believe me lol.
It's an issue with the manufacturer, two different distributors with the same problem

The manufacturer is putting the correct size in the bag.  The bag says 5/8.  It's the Amazon warehouse that is putting their labels with the wrong size, I think.

@Foster Dahlet
Your correct the manufacturer is labeling the packet of push nuts correctly. Amazon warehouse is placing the wrong label on the wrong size nut.

I received a second pack of 5/8" push nuts today. Manufacture label printed on bag says 5/8" and Amazon adhesive label states 3/8".

I'm now the proud owner of 20 5/8" push nuts.

Yep.  I didn't bother trying a 2nd time.  But the extra 5/8 caps we all have will look great if we ever get to restore a Weber big wheel kettle.
