I’m in need of a gasser for quick weekday cooks. I’ve read most of the old posts which were favorable.
We haven’t had a gas grill for many years. My wife wants one for when I travel and she doesn’t want to “mess” with charcoal.
So my questions-
We do a lot of marinaded chicken breast. I use a lot of the quick 30minute type marinades which are rather runny. That doesn’t bother me over hot coal but I’m thinking will be a total mess on the Q without the heat shields. Same thoughts with Brats and a good greasy burger. Am I over thinking this?
Also read a few negative reviews on plastic cart components melting and some other on being flimsy.
What are your thoughts on this unit?
