The cga packs the biggest punch for its size and utility if storage space is a concern. Beyond that I would bring my 26" if I had the space

Well it took a few months of looking thought Craigslist. Finally came across a great deal on a slightly used CGA.
Thanks for all the input guys!

Jumbo Joe was my favorite before one of the kids got rid of it. It is kind of big for the car. But you can put about a half full bag of charcoal inside it while traveling. Your CGA looks good loaded up.

Technically, the Puckerbutt will serve you and the family well.  I take mine camping all the time plus I can smoke some great food with it as well.  Charcoal, grill and accessories can all fit in a plastic tub for travel purposes.  Best of luck.
Keep on smokin'  the best grills ever.
