Threw some carne asada down on the performer I keep at my sister’s house. You read that right! I keep a kettle at my sister’s for occasions like this one so I know I’m cooking on only the best!

@AZ2FL I marinate some flap steak in the liquid from a can of pickled jalapenos and carrots a for around 1-3 hour. After that I liberally season it with Chef Merito Steak and Meat Seasoning. Grill it and enjoy! Quick and simple carne asada.
