SJPs are great! Congrats! It can take a little while to become acquainted with the airflow into the lower vents, but once you get the hang of them they're a lot like any other kettle.

I like my JJ!   I like the looks of the 1880

I like the SJP.  Took it on a spring break trip.  I could put a chimney inside with some other items.   A great portable grill which has some real capacity, sturdy legs and a place for the lid.
