Beachside Grilled Gulf Grouper and Shrimp

Some of the best Fresh Grouper we've had.  Grilled with fresh shrimp, zucchini and asparagus.  Got really windy and rainy, luckily had some protection in the under house breezeway.  Sorry, no plating pic, I was up and down the elevator and lucky to get it all together for the fam.  Lots of sparks in the pics due to the gulf winds.  Music going and fun times....also enjoyed a nice 2012 Merlot (Red goes with anything) from my father in law's brother's vineyard in Washington St.....sons in for the fun too.  Amazing evening.

Thanks guys.... have a pork shoulder thawing in the fridge if this wind will die down.  Maybe Wednesday or Thursday.  At least it's nice today on the lower deck.....burgers and brats are definitely in our future!
