I picked this up a few months ago from a seller who was decluttering her father's barn.  She said he spent a lot of time cooking for family and friends (beer may have been part of the cooking process).  I cleaned it up and painted it.  I followed a few tips by using JB Weld to fill the frame holes and outdoor furniture tabs to prevent rust from happening again.  RRR

Sweet work, how about swinging by Doraville and do my Ranger LOL
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Mr.CPHo

Nice job repairing those holes.  Such a cool kettle!

Sweet restore!

Side note: does anyone else look at a wheel barrel at the hardware store and imagine a Weber kettle sitting in the frame? Lol I do it all the time.

Nice job! You certainly were went the extra mile salvaging the existing frame.  About the only other thing you could have done was get some fresh pipe and use a pipe bender to replicate the angles.   Congrats!
