@bladz loves those Taco handles so much he couldn't just have one.  ;D
ISO: 18" & 22" Lime, 22" Cado, Plum SSP, Clean & Colored 18" for Midget Mod, and the usual Grails.

I'm really bummed the P shape vents didn't carry over to the new Glenn Blue 26 from the colored MT and SCG.

Do you feel that the vent shape makes that much of a difference? I have both a 22" OTG and a newer master touch, and I haven't noticed much of a difference in my ability to control temps with either vent design.

I like it for the convenience of not having to fuss too much with the vents during low and slow cooks.  I do feel i can get better control with the P vents on my MT.

I haven't played with it much, but the P shape can give you slightly more temperature control.

I wouldnt doubt if they eventually make it over to the 26 but why change it for this run? It clearly is going to sell itself on the color alone.  Making the change now would just be an unnecessary expense.

I doubt it would've been an extra expense for Weber.  They already have the die, machining, tools, and process in place to cut the P vents

It's here ! FedEx backed in my drive and left it out in the rain in front of the garage door. They didn't even ring the bell. He just drove off.

It's killing me too but my wife actually bought this one. We were in the pool and she randomly stumbled upon it the day it came out.

I have to wait until after dinner now

More indoor pics. It's kind of rainy here.

Even with the bent handle she is beautiful. It has some interesting colors for the handle print and the triangle. It's kind of a light gunmetal finish if that makes sense. I'd have to see it outside.

The finish is very smooth like the ivory.

Now we have to deal with customer service but overall really happy with this one.

Oh by the way I've never had a new kettle that was perfectly round. The lid rocks one way but if I rotate it 90 degrees it sits fine. I usually just deal with it but being a 26er it might leak more than others.

What do you guys do for this ? My 18" WSM was the worst and I have it the bear hug treatment.

Congrats on receiving the new glen blue! Was the box visibly damaged anywhere?

Someone pointed out that the new glen blue might have spin lines? Has anyone looked closely to see if that is the case?

Besides I one spot (can't notice it it's on the underside of the handle) mine looks good. Only issue was I didn't have one of the clips in correctly on one of the legs so I had to reseat it. I'll take some pictures when I get it outside.
