Had a hankering for something healthy. Nothing better than a little salmon and shrimp.
After a quick soak in lemon and lime juice, I hit them with a rub of cumin, garlic, chili powder, paprika and s&p.
The chili powder was especially on the hot side, so the dish had a bite.
All in, good stuff. The chili powder was a little overpowering for the shrimp.
Lesson learned... all chili powder is not created equal. Sample the spices and adjust as necessary.
