Anyone know who made this table that fits a kettle?

Saw this, but she was FCFS and wasn't able to get there first.  I really just wanted the table thing.

That is who I was guessing, but never saw one before.  Seller said she didnt know & guessed her parents bought it maybe 10-15 years ago.

I remember seeing a more modern style table like this that had been attached to maybe an ivory last year on marketplace.  Might even be in the online finds section.

I can't remember but do remember seeing them for sale at Ace hardware years ago. There's a black kettle for sale locally that has them installed.
