Newbie to the forum & the Weber kettle
« on: June 09, 2020, 08:50:32 AM »
Hello all, new to the forum and new to Weber Kettles as well. Been doing gas grills forever and I'm sick of buying a new one every 3 or 4 years because they're all junk and I decided its time to bbq the right way anyway. I'll be lurking for a while just trying to soak up as much knowledge as I can.

Lurk ye not, jump in. Even though you may not have experience with kettles, I'm betting you have some techniques, skills, and maybe some recipes.

Welcome from just south of Chicago, IL!
I swear, when I score a great deal on a 26" I'll stop buying grills... So often.
