I keep leaning towards getting a 26 roti too, I have no idea why I just don't do it

Darko do you have any tips on how to crisp up the skin?
Also for those of you considering a 26” roti ring, i got mine from spitfiregrilling, 3-1 model with the pizza door. Mike is an awesome dude and im very happy with my ring.
