PotsieWeber

They have been available at Home Depot for $165 and elsehwere in the US for quite a while, I believe.  I think they were around $150 last year.

That is awesome Jim.
Love the story and the pair.
I would love a Bear's MT to go with my smokey Joe.
Never thought it would be possible but your story brings me hope.

@Dave in KC We did a post on Facebook about this, I didn't know of the Chiefs pair that you have, that is really cool.  @bladz  do you have a matching Packers SJ?

Yes I have the matching set.  Both are unused and in mint condition!

Bless her heart, Mrs.Cellar2ful puts up with your kettle shenanigans.

I'm really lucky to have a supportive partner.  In fact, Mrs. Cellar2ful quite frequently reads post on the WKC Forum.   Might have to set up her own WKC account so she can post photos when she cooks on her Spirit E-210.

For those that don't know, dazzo kinda has a thing for green.  All of his kettles are green.

His house is green.

And one of his favorite hobbies is to attend the Oakland A's game in his "GreenMan" suit.  I'm telling ya the guy just loves green.

Great grill, great story, but the part that stands out the most to me is how you were ready to stand down when you found out you weren't first in line for a rare grill.  Don't see too much integrity in that situation these days and it is great that some still have it!  Congrats again!

I have tip my hat to the seller. He was a really stand up guy and quite the grillfella. He showed me a photo of the previous night's cook on this NFL kettle. I'll see if he will text it to me so I can share it here and you'll see what I mean.

I didn't mention it in my original post but when he said he had someone coming to pick it up the next day, he also said "If fact, even if you offered me $2,200 I would't take it.  I'm one of the few CL sellers that believes in honoring commitments".  Didn't make much sense at the time but later when he told me about having a second CL add for a car trailer that the $2,200 comment made sense.

SWEET!  Excellent find.  Good to hear confirmation about the bbq comp,
and look forward to hearing more details.
Also, good to see that we have another matched set.

I've got the Chiefs SJ. I need to find the MT size to match it.

Awesome pickup on the Raiders MT!
