With the shelter in place and the kids getting ready to finish the school year at home I dove into this project knowing it would probably take about a week to complete.  Evaporust bath followed by a rinse and then the longest part of the job, waiting for the wheel to dry.  It took 3 days (I helped one wheel along because I could still hear water inside.  I had to unseat the tire from the rim so the remaining water could drain.  I only recommend doing this if you're very careful and the tire is in good shape). Prepped for primer then spray painted black satin and finished it off by hand painting the white stripe.  It's not perfect but they look better and I probably won't have to worry about redoing the paint for a long while.  Thanks to Jim for restoring the first set and the outline used to complete the project.  RRR
