Surprise fit! 3qt instant pot, 14" WSM

Just in case anyone else has the small Instant Pot, it's 3qt pan sits in the water pan quite nicely for 1 grate level cooking. Catches drippings well.

Got some (almost forgotten about) prime burger meat smoking to end up in mushroom and potato soup right now. Below are pics from a couple other times I've used this combo to good effect.

Any other random dishes that work well for this sort of thing?
