You can reattach the leg by drilling through the tabs on the leg socket and reattaching it using stainless steel washers, bolts and nuts. Although the leg was not totally detached in the below example, it should give you an idea of how to reattach the leg socket. Just use over sized washers that will cover the holes where the leg socket was attached.
Here is a thread on socket repair (reattaching) that goes into more detail. Again, just use large washers to cover the holes in the bowl.

Post another picture of the detached leg socket. You can probably use stainless bolts nuts and washers if the 3 tabs are still on there.
