Weber Flame propane fireplace
« on: September 24, 2019, 07:08:33 PM »
I may have stumbled onto a Weber Flame.
I’ve made an inquiry to see if it was for sale.

The reply I got said “the original gas logs are missing........how much is it worth to you?”

Anybody know if those original logs can be found anywhere?

What would this unit be worth without them?

What kind of offer would you give?

Love mine

I think regular gas fireplace logs would work just fine

Offer $25, and sound sad because you have to try to find some logs - it’s no good to them without the logs

You can buy generic ceramic logs (a quick google search shows 9 for $40 on amazon). I gave $50 for one of mine and $100 for the other with a cover.  They were crazy expensive new... like list price around $700. Good luck.

I always see lots on interest anytime someone posts about the Flame.  However, I have never seen
it backed up with their wallets.  $125 is the most I have ever seen someone admit to paying for a
used one.

I paid $115 for mine, and my daughter paid $125 for hers (although hers is still sitting in my garage [emoji35]).
They were both working and have all the ceramics.  I love mine!!
Be sure to ask seller if the lava rocks are there.  If not you could negotiate an even better deal!!

The price is at 200$ right now.
Those of you that have one.........worth it?

$200 would not be worth it to me because of where I live in
flyover country.  We simply do not have enough nice evenings
to enjoy it.  Always too hot, cold, windy, rainy, humid, or whatever.
I was fortunate enough to pick mine up really cheap,
or I would likely not have one at all.

I don't think I'd do $200. I've watched prices on them drop and the season is ending.  Set your price and either watch it or offer it.  Good luck
