Spun a Bird and had a lollipop

Tami marinated the chicken overnight, pineapple juice fresh squeezed oj rice wine vinegar  basil evoo fine minced serrano and salt, basted a few times while spinning with unsalted butter, the lollipops are par boiled sweet potato and red beets basted with a butter lime sauce. Peach for smoke, lollipops were slightly underdone but good, chicken was awesome
